This role is a critical part of our multifinance operation, focusing on the management and recovery of overdue accounts receivable (A/R). Responsibilities
- Manage and ensure timely execution of A/R overdue collection activities, maintaining accurate records of all interactions.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers for direct collection efforts, demonstrating professionalism and empathy.
- Support branch offices in handling problematic partners, providing analytical insights and follow‑up actions.
- Achieve and exceed collection targets set by the company, including the retrieval of assets from high‑risk customers.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, successes, and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate closely with the credit underwriting team to identify early warning signs of payment delinquency.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of multifinance regulations, internal policies, and best practices in debt recovery.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to streamline the collection workflow.
Requirements
- Education: Open to candidates of all educational levels; a high school diploma is the minimum requirement.
- Age: Minimum 18 years old; no upper age limit.

- Experience: No prior experience is required; comprehensive training will be provided.
- Understanding of multifinance business processes and a strong target‑orientation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and maintain integrity.

- Possession of an SPPI (Surat Pengantar Penagihan Intern) card is a plus but not mandatory.
- Key skills: Credit monitoring, credit processing, debt collection procedures, and strong interpersonal communication.
