Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer for the Cimanggis area covering the greater Jabodetabek Selatan region. This role is pivotal in expanding our customer base, strengthening relationships with existing clients, and driving revenue through effective sales of our financial products. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, and will be based at any of our branches across Jabodetabek‑Serang.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Adira Finance’s portfolio of loan and financing products to both existing and prospective customers.
- Identify and acquire orders through the distribution channel, collecting initial data, verifying information, and completing all necessary customer documentation and credit applications.
- Track the progress of each credit application, communicating approval or rejection decisions promptly to dealers and customers.
- Provide customers with clear information on repayment schedules, due dates, payment locations, and any additional terms they need to understand.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions, proposals, and follow‑ups are logged in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting team to resolve any documentation gaps and expedite processing.
- Conduct regular market visits and competitor analysis to uncover new sales opportunities and adjust tactics accordingly.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, presenting pipeline updates, challenges, and success stories.
- Uphold Adira Finance’s brand standards and compliance requirements in every customer interaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age: 29 years maximum.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably in the financial services or automotive financing sector.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build lasting relationships.
- High integrity, attention to detail, perseverance, and honesty.
- Own reliable motor vehicle and a valid, active SIM A/C.
- Proficiency in sales management, customer‑oriented selling, and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in the field while coordinating closely with internal teams.
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
