Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing – Brand Activation to join our fast‑growing team in Bandung. This full‑time position is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys turning creative concepts into tangible, on‑ground experiences. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and evaluating brand activation programs, sampling events, and direct‑to‑consumer promotions that drive awareness, trial, and loyalty for our portfolio of consumer‑focused brands.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive brand activation strategies that align with overall marketing objectives and target‑audience insights.
  • Coordinate end‑to‑end activation events, including venue selection, logistics, staffing, budgeting, and on‑site execution.
  • Manage sampling campaigns, ensuring optimal product placement, compliance with brand guidelines, and accurate data collection for post‑event analysis.
  • Conduct market research to identify specific consumer segments and tailor activation tactics for maximum relevance and impact.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—sales, product development, creative, and agency partners—to ensure seamless integration of activation activities.
  • Negotiate contracts and service agreements with vendors, venues, and third‑party agencies while maintaining cost‑effectiveness.
  • Monitor real‑time performance metrics, capture insights, and prepare post‑event reports that highlight ROI, consumer feedback, and improvement opportunities.
  • Travel to activation sites across the Bandung region and, when required, to other major cities for regional campaigns.
  • Maintain meticulous records of assets, inventory, and compliance documents to support audit trails and brand integrity.
  • Continuously identify opportunities for process improvement, innovative activation formats, and emerging consumer touchpoints.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Communication, Marketing, or a related field; D3/D4 acceptable with relevant experience.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in brand activation, event management (EO), promotional activities, or Fast‑Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) marketing.
  • Male candidates must be at least 24 years old; all genders are welcome to apply.
  • Proven ability to plan, execute, and evaluate activation and sampling programs with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical mindset to understand specific consumer targets and craft personalized approaches.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Demonstrated problem‑solving and strategic thinking capabilities.
  • Effective negotiation skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with partners.
  • High attention to detail, organizational rigor, and a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Adaptability to a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and ability to operate a four‑wheel vehicle; this is a plus.
  • Willingness to work on‑site, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00, and to travel for field assignments.
