Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users in retail and online environments, understand their purchasing needs, and recommend Kredivo as a convenient payment option.
- Continuously enhance product knowledge of Kredivo’s features, benefits, and eligibility criteria, and convey this information in an engaging and persuasive manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and presentations of the Kredivo app, guiding users through the registration process and showcasing how “Buy Now, Pay Later” works.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide clear guidance on proper app usage, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Achieve daily sales targets, track performance metrics, and submit accurate activity reports to management.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants, partners, and other stakeholders to expand Kredivo’s network in Solok.
- Utilize an Android smartphone for on‑the‑go communication, data entry, and real‑time reporting.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, including having received at least the first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Residency in Solok or immediate willingness to relocate.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Prior experience in sales or retail is preferred, but fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are welcome.
- Possession of an Android smartphone with reliable internet access.

- Ability to work the scheduled shift: Tuesday to Sunday, 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
- First dose of COVID‑19 vaccination completed.
