Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that target both traditional retail outlets and modern trade channels, aiming to increase market share and product visibility.
- Conduct in‑depth product presentations and demonstrations for retail buyers, explaining technical specifications and benefits in clear, customer‑focused language.
- Identify, qualify, and nurture new retail leads while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts to encourage repeat business and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to create promotional materials, in‑store displays, and point‑of‑sale tools that reinforce brand messaging.
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, preparing weekly and monthly reports that highlight achievements, gaps, and actionable insights for senior management.

Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in any discipline; a background in business, engineering, or technology is a plus.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in B2B or retail electronics sales, demonstrating a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information in a user‑friendly manner.
