The role requires a flexible schedule, with workdays from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, and may involve placement at different store locations depending on operational needs. Responsibilities
- Assist in daily store opening and closing procedures, including cash handling, security checks, and equipment inspections.
- Maintain orderly shelves by receiving, unpacking, and accurately stocking merchandise according to planograms.
- Monitor inventory levels, perform regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the Store Manager.
- Provide friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, addressing inquiries, locating products, and processing sales transactions.
- Ensure the store’s visual standards are upheld by keeping aisles, displays, and fitting rooms clean and well‑organized.
- Support promotional activities such as product launches, seasonal sales, and in‑store events.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to coordinate deliveries, returns, and back‑room organization.
- Adhere to health, safety, and company policies, including maintaining a tattoo‑ and piercing‑free appearance as required.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, point‑of‑sale systems, and customer service techniques.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- All genders accepted; physical posture should be proportional to handle store duties.
- Adaptable mindset with a professional and courteous demeanor.
- Good physical health and mental resilience to handle long standing periods and occasional heavy lifting.
- No visible tattoos or body piercings, in line with company dress code.
- Willingness to be assigned to any store location as dictated by business needs.
- Basic proficiency with retail management systems and point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
