Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Content Creator for Social Media to join our hospitality‑focused brand. This role is pivotal in shaping the visual and narrative voice of the company across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and emerging platforms. The successful candidate will work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑16:00, collaborating closely with marketing, operations, and guest‑service teams to drive brand awareness, guest engagement, and revenue‑generating campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Content Production: Conceptualize, shoot, and edit high‑quality photos, videos, and graphic designs that showcase our facilities, services, and guest experiences.
- Copywriting & Storytelling: Write compelling captions, blog‑style posts, and short‑form narratives that align with brand tone and encourage interaction.
- Social Media Management: Schedule, publish, and monitor content on all major platforms, ensuring optimal posting times and consistent branding.
- Engagement & Community Building: Respond to comments, run interactive polls or challenges, and cultivate a loyal online community.
- Strategic Collaboration: Partner with the marketing, operations, and guest‑relations teams to integrate content with promotional calendars, events, and seasonal campaigns.
- Content Calendar Development: Create and maintain a weekly/monthly editorial calendar that balances brand storytelling, promotional pushes, and trending topics.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key metrics (reach, impressions, engagement, click‑through rates) and produce regular insight reports.
- Optimization: Recommend data‑driven adjustments to content strategy, experiment with new formats (Reels, Shorts, carousel posts), and stay ahead of platform algorithm changes.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure every piece of content meets visual standards, brand guidelines, and complies with legal or copyright requirements.
Requirements
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Communication, Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience as a content creator, videographer, or social‑media specialist, preferably within hospitality or tourism.
- Proficiency with DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting kits, and editing suites such as Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, or equivalents.
- Strong command of written Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to craft engaging captions and brand‑consistent storytelling.
- Deep understanding of current social‑media trends, platform nuances, and best practices for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills; comfortable coordinating with cross‑functional teams and presenting ideas to stakeholders.
