Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Corporate Sales Officer to join our fast‑growing finance division. In this pivotal role, you will spearhead the marketing and distribution of motor vehicle financing and refinancing solutions, cultivating strong relationships with a broad network of stakeholders. The successful candidate will combine analytical rigor with a proactive sales mindset to drive loan origination while safeguarding portfolio quality.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, targeting both corporate fleets and individual customers.
  • Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, fleet managers, banks, and other key partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Guide customers through the credit application process, gather required documentation, and perform detailed creditworthiness assessments.
  • Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk evaluation to determine borrower eligibility, adhering to internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and compliance teams to finalize loan agreements and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
  • Monitor the performance of financed accounts, implement early‑warning mechanisms, and take corrective actions to maintain low delinquency rates.
  • Prepare regular sales and portfolio reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics, trends, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies accordingly.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: 35 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in corporate sales, vehicle financing, or related financial services.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess credit risk and interpret financial statements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities; comfortable interacting with senior executives and external partners.
  • Proficiency in using sales and marketing tools, CRM software, and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented attitude.
