Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies for motor vehicle financing and refinancing products, targeting both corporate fleets and individual customers.
- Identify, prospect, and nurture new business opportunities through cold‑calling, networking events, and digital campaigns.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with dealers, fleet managers, banks, and other key partners to ensure a steady pipeline of qualified leads.
- Guide customers through the credit application process, gather required documentation, and perform detailed creditworthiness assessments.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and risk evaluation to determine borrower eligibility, adhering to internal credit policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with underwriting, legal, and compliance teams to finalize loan agreements and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Monitor the performance of financed accounts, implement early‑warning mechanisms, and take corrective actions to maintain low delinquency rates.

Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
