Introduction

We are seeking an energetic and results‑driven Supervisor Penjualan to lead our sales team in Kotamobagu. This role is pivotal for driving revenue growth, enhancing customer satisfaction, and ensuring that our sales operations run smoothly in a fast‑moving market. Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement short‑term and long‑term sales strategies that align with company objectives.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing regular coaching and performance feedback.
  • Set clear sales targets, monitor daily/weekly results, and generate comprehensive reports for senior management.
  • Identify new market opportunities, analyze competitor activities, and recommend actionable improvements.
  • Maintain and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of service and repeat business.
  • Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and product development to ensure seamless execution of promotional campaigns.
  • Handle customer complaints or escalations promptly, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and ethical sales practices.
  • Prepare weekly work schedules, approve leave requests, and manage attendance for the sales team.
  • Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new sales staff, fostering a collaborative team culture.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably in a supervisory or team‑lead role.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in Bahasa Indonesia (additional language skills are a plus).
  • Demonstrated honesty, accountability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Resilience under pressure and a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
  • Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools).
