Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Executive – Property Sales to join our high‑performing sales team. This senior‑level position focuses on the promotion and sale of premium, high‑end residential and commercial properties developed by one of the nation’s most reputable property developers. The ideal candidate will possess a solid foundation in sales, a keen understanding of the luxury real‑estate market, and the interpersonal finesse needed to build lasting relationships with discerning clients.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high‑potential leads for luxury property offerings through market research, networking events, and digital channels.
  • Deliver compelling presentations and property tours that highlight unique selling points, financing options, and investment benefits.
  • Negotiate terms, close deals, and ensure all contractual obligations are met in line with company policies.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive customer relationship management (CRM) database, ensuring data accuracy and prospect pipeline health.
  • Provide post‑sale support, guiding clients through the handover process and addressing any after‑sales concerns to guarantee satisfaction.
  • Collect and analyze customer feedback regarding product quality and service delivery, and relay insights to the product development and marketing teams.
  • Prepare and submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports to the Head of Sales Section, highlighting achievements, challenges, and forecasting future sales.
  • Collaborate with marketing, finance, and legal departments to streamline the sales cycle and improve overall efficiency.
  • Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the luxury property sector.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D‑3/D‑4 (associate degree) from any discipline; a background in business, real estate, or related fields is advantageous.
  • At least 2–3 years of proven sales experience, preferably selling high‑end property portfolios for recognized developers.
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and a strong pipeline management capability.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to persuade, negotiate, and close deals effectively.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor that reflects the premium nature of the product line.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • High level of self‑confidence, initiative, and resilience to work under pressure and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, Monday through Sunday, from 09:00 to 17:30, and to travel to property sites as needed.
