To support our expanding operations, we are seeking enthusiastic, detail‑oriented individuals to join our team as Petugas Pengemasan Paruh Waktu (Part‑Time Packing Officers). As a part‑time packing officer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that every order leaves our warehouse in perfect condition, reflecting the quality and care that our brand promises. The position offers a balanced schedule from Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00, allowing you to gain valuable experience while maintaining flexibility for other commitments.
Responsibilities
- Accurately pick and pack apparel items according to order specifications, ensuring correct sizes, colors, and accessories are included.
- Inspect products for defects or damage before packaging and report any issues to the quality control team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe packing station, adhering to company safety guidelines and hygiene standards.
- Label packages with shipping information, barcodes, and handling instructions, using the store management system efficiently.
- Collaborate with the live‑host team to prepare “Live‑Sale” items, ensuring they are presentation‑ready for online streaming events.
- Assist in inventory counts and restocking of packing materials such as boxes, bubble wrap, and tape.
- Provide courteous assistance to internal teams and, when necessary, answer basic customer inquiries related to order status.
- Contribute ideas for process improvements to increase packing speed and reduce errors, supporting a culture of continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only (gender requirement as specified).
- Maximum age: 25 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar packing or logistics role; experience as a Live Host is a strong advantage.
- Passion for fashion and daily apparel, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent manners, positive attitude, and the ability to work well in a diverse team environment.
- Honest, responsible, creative, and diligent work ethic.
- Strong tolerance and respect for cultural and personal diversity.
- Proficiency in using store management or inventory systems (experience with “Sistem Manajemen Toko” preferred).
- Ability to work the scheduled hours: Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
