Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Executive – Sales & Business Development to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with at least one year of proven sales experience in the home appliance or building‑materials sectors. The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our market footprint, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth through strategic canvassing and partnership development. Candidates must be under 35 years of age, possess a minimum of a high school diploma (SMA/SMK or equivalent), and hold a valid Class C driver’s license with personal transportation.
Responsibilities
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and B2C customers within the home appliance and building‑material markets through door‑to‑door canvassing, cold calling, and digital outreach.
- Develop and execute territory‑specific sales plans that align with quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, clearly articulating value propositions and differentiators.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts while maintaining profitability thresholds.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline status, and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and after‑sales support teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Provide regular market intelligence reports, highlighting competitor activity, emerging trends, and customer feedback.
- Mentor junior sales staff and share best practices to elevate overall team performance.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, contribute to forecasting, and propose strategic adjustments based on performance data.
- Uphold company policies, ethical standards, and a strong brand image in all customer engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on sales experience, preferably in the home appliance or building‑materials industry.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across functional areas.
- Proficiency with canvassing and field‑sales methodologies, including route planning and territory management.
- Strong target orientation with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Creative problem‑solving ability, high initiative, and a keen willingness to learn.
- High level of dedication, loyalty, and professional integrity.
- Valid Indonesian SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Familiarity with basic sales management tools and CRM platforms.
