Responsibilities

  • Conduct systematic online canvassing to identify and engage new business prospects across various industries.
  • Analyze and interpret client needs, matching them with appropriate digital marketing solutions such as SEO, SEM, social media ads, and e‑commerce platform management.
  • Deliver compelling product presentations and demonstrations, highlighting the measurable benefits of our services to secure interest and commitment.
  • Generate additional revenue streams through effective upselling and cross‑selling of complementary services.
  • Prepare accurate daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to track performance against targets and inform strategic adjustments.
  • Foster long‑term client loyalty by providing exceptional post‑sale support and ongoing relationship management.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal digital marketing team to ensure seamless service delivery that meets or exceeds client expectations.
  • Monitor local competitor activities, compile intelligence reports, and present actionable insights to senior management.
  • Stay abreast of evolving market trends, emerging digital channels, and industry best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain disciplined work habits, meet aggressive sales quotas, and thrive under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field).
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably within the digital marketing sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex digital services in a clear, persuasive manner.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities, demonstrating confidence in securing agreements.
  • Interpersonal skills that enable the building and nurturing of lasting client relationships.
  • Fundamental understanding of SEO, SEM, social media platforms, and digital advertising ecosystems.
  • Highly disciplined, target‑driven, and capable of performing under tight deadlines.
  • Open to all genders; no age limit.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00.
