Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Retail Executive – Offline & Online based in Muara Karang, North Jakarta, to spearhead sales initiatives, nurture customer relationships, and drive revenue growth for our premium coffee portfolio. Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies for both brick‑and‑mortar stores and e‑commerce platforms, aligning with corporate revenue targets.
  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B and B2C customers, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, and retail partners.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing key accounts, providing personalized service and timely follow‑up.
  • Monitor daily sales performance, analyze trends, and produce regular reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless product availability, promotional execution, and accurate invoicing.
  • Conduct market research to stay abreast of competitor activity, emerging consumer preferences, and industry innovations in coffee roasting and export.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff, fostering a collaborative and high‑performing team culture.
  • Utilize CRM and ERP systems to track leads, manage pipelines, and ensure data integrity.
  • Participate in trade shows, coffee exhibitions, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local regulations, and safety standards in all retail operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, or a related field; a high school diploma (SMA) is acceptable if combined with extensive sales experience.
  • Male candidates only, aged 35 years or younger, holding a valid SIM C driving license.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in the food‑beverage or retail sector; 5 years is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong collaboration and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Office and CRM tools.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑oriented mindset.
  • Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is an advantage for dealing with export clients.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends, as the position operates Monday‑Sunday, 09:00‑18:00.
