Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer‑focused individuals to join our restaurant team as Server Layanan Pelanggan Restoran for both morning and afternoon shifts. The position is based in Keanjan and surrounding areas, operating Monday through Saturday from 08:00 to 17:00. As the front‑line ambassador of our dining experience, you will play a crucial role in delivering prompt, courteous, and high‑quality service to every guest.

Responsibilities

  • Warmly greet and seat guests, ensuring a smooth and welcoming reception.
  • Present menus, explain daily specials, and answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and preparation methods.
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders using POS systems, and relay them to kitchen staff in a timely manner.
  • Serve dishes and drinks promptly, adhering to presentation standards and portion controls.
  • Monitor table progress, anticipate guest needs, and provide refills, condiments, or additional items without being asked.
  • Handle payment transactions, process cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts while maintaining accuracy.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table settings, silverware, and condiment stations.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen, bar, and fellow servers to coordinate order flow and resolve any service issues.
  • Assist in opening and closing duties such as setting up stations, restocking supplies, and performing end‑of‑day cash reconciliation.
  • Uphold the restaurant’s brand image by wearing a neat, professional uniform and demonstrating courteous behavior at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age requirement: No maximum limit; we welcome candidates of all ages.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Strong sense of discipline, honesty, and responsibility.
  • Excellent teamwork abilities and a collaborative mindset.
  • Polished appearance and respectful demeanor.
  • Prior experience in the Food & Beverage (F&B) industry is highly preferred.
  • Residence within Keanjan or nearby districts to ensure reliable punctuality.
  • Basic proficiency in customer service skills, including active listening, problem‑solving, and conflict resolution.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, lift trays up to 15 kg, and work in a fast‑paced environment.
