Responsibilities
- Perform daily cleaning of dining rooms, kitchen floors, restrooms, and service areas according to company SOPs.
- Ensure all tables, chairs, and surfaces are sanitized before and after service periods.
- Collect and dispose of waste responsibly, separating recyclables from general waste.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, report low stock, and request replenishment as needed.
- Assist in deep‑cleaning projects such as carpet shampooing, vent cleaning, and equipment polishing on a scheduled basis.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, servers, and management to coordinate cleaning activities that minimize disruption to guests.
- Conduct routine inspections of work areas to identify any hygiene issues and address them promptly.
- Follow all health, safety, and food‑handling regulations, including proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
- Participate in regular training sessions on new cleaning technologies and sustainable practices.
- Provide feedback to supervisors on process improvements that can enhance efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- No prior experience required, though any cleaning or hospitality background is a plus.
- Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
