Introduction
We are seeking a reliable Sopir Kendaraan Operasional Perusahaan to join our team in supporting daily business logistics across the region. The successful applicant will be responsible for maintaining a fleet of company vehicles, ensuring they are clean, fuel‑efficient, and ready for use at all times while adhering to the cultural and religious expectations of our organization.
Responsibilities
- Operate company cars safely and efficiently for internal and external trips, adhering to all traffic regulations.
- Perform daily pre‑service inspections, including checking oil, tire pressure, and fluid levels.
- Wash and detail vehicles before 06:00 AM each morning to guarantee a clean, presentable fleet for staff use.
- Coordinate with office staff to schedule vehicle assignments, ensuring timely availability for meetings, client visits, and deliveries.
- Maintain accurate mileage logs, fuel receipts, and service records in accordance with company policy.
- Assist with loading and unloading light cargo, ensuring secure placement and safe transport.
- Stay on‑site during assigned shifts (Monday–Saturday, 08:00–17:00) and be available for occasional after‑hours calls.
- Observe the five daily Islamic prayers and uphold a smoke‑free environment within the workplace and vehicles.
- Live on the company premises with a spouse and one child (additional family members may be discussed on a case‑by‑case basis).
- Report any vehicle damage, accidents, or mechanical issues promptly to the fleet manager.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; candidates must be willing to reside on‑site with their family.
- Must be a practicing Muslim who observes the five daily prayers and maintains a non‑smoking lifestyle.
- Honest, courteous, and diligent with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Flexible working hours and willingness to adjust schedule based on operational needs.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (A or B class) and clean driving record.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to perform minor vehicle troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to interact professionally with staff and external partners.
- No prior experience required, though previous driving or vehicle‑maintenance experience is a plus.
