Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and self‑motivated Sales Motoris to join our growing team in the Garut and Sumedang regions. This field‑based position focuses on expanding our market presence, building strong relationships with customers, and driving the sales of motor‑related products and services. The ideal candidate will thrive in an outdoor, fast‑paced environment, possess excellent communication skills, and be eager to represent the company’s brand throughout West Java.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and engage prospective customers in Garut and Sumedang, presenting the company’s motor products and after‑sales services.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, provide technical explanations, and answer customer inquiries on‑site.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets by executing a structured sales plan and following up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, update the CRM system with customer interactions, and prepare concise sales reports for the regional manager.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and financing options while ensuring compliance with company policies.
  • Provide after‑sales support, including coordinating service appointments, handling warranty claims, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Participate in local promotional events, roadshows, and community outreach programs to increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends, reporting insights that can inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Ensure proper documentation of sales contracts, delivery receipts, and payment records.
  • Maintain personal motorbike and valid SIM C, adhering to safety and traffic regulations while traveling between client sites.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and a valid SIM C.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Basic negotiation and sales techniques with a passion for field work.
  • Self‑discipline to work independently from Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the Garut and Sumedang territories.
  • Basic literacy in Indonesian; additional language skills (e.g., English) are a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning product details and staying updated on industry developments.
