Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Specialist in Social Media Management to join our fast‑growing marketing team. This role is perfect for a creative individual who is passionate about digital storytelling, enjoys staying ahead of social trends, and can turn brand objectives into engaging visual and written content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook. The ideal candidate will be a self‑starter with a solid understanding of social media ecosystems, basic editing tools, and the ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams to amplify our brand presence.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts, ensuring consistent voice and visual identity on Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and emerging platforms.
  • Develop a monthly content calendar that aligns with marketing campaigns, product launches, and seasonal events.
  • Conceptualize and produce compelling photo and video content, including storyboards, scripts, and on‑camera talent (including self‑appearance when needed).
  • Capture high‑quality product shots, outlet activities, and promotional events using smartphones or DSLR cameras.
  • Edit raw footage and images using basic tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar applications to create polished, platform‑ready posts.
  • Write attention‑grabbing captions, select appropriate hashtags, and schedule posts to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, direct messages, and participating in community conversations.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as reach, impressions, engagement rate, and follower growth; compile weekly and monthly performance reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the broader marketing team to synchronize social media efforts with email newsletters, paid advertising, and offline promotions.
  • Stay updated on the latest platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends to continuously refine the social strategy.

Requirements

  • Age: maximum 30 years old; gender: all genders welcome.
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – D3 or S1 preferred, especially in Marketing, Communication, Media Studies, or related fields.
  • Proficiency with Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and a basic understanding of emerging platforms such as Threads or BeReal.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh content ideas that resonate with target audiences.
  • Hands‑on experience with simple editing software (CapCut, Canva, Adobe Spark, etc.).
  • Comfortable appearing on camera or directing on‑camera talent when the concept requires.
  • Excellent written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and preferably English) for caption writing and community interaction.
  • Strong teamwork orientation, yet capable of working independently to meet deadlines.
  • Highly disciplined, proactive, and communicative with a knack for taking initiative.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
