Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis KOL & Talent Acquisition (Kreator) to join our fast‑growing digital media team. This role is pivotal in expanding our creator network across leading e‑commerce and social platforms such as Shopee and TikTok. The ideal candidate will blend sharp analytical instincts with excellent interpersonal skills to identify, engage, and onboard top‑tier talent, helping our company stay ahead in the rapidly evolving creator economy.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect high‑potential creators by monitoring market trends, platform analytics, and emerging content niches.
- Initiate outreach via online channels, phone, and in‑person meetings to build authentic relationships with prospective KOLs.
- Conduct comprehensive talent assessments, evaluating audience demographics, engagement rates, and brand alignment.
- Negotiate partnership terms, product collaborations, and compensation packages that satisfy both creator expectations and company objectives.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to each platform (Shopee, TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) to ensure a diversified creator portfolio.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to design support programs that help creators expand their reach and monetize more effectively.
- Track and report on key performance indicators such as recruitment conversion rates, creator retention, and campaign ROI.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date database of creator contacts, contracts, and performance metrics for internal stakeholders.
- Provide regular insights on social media trends, competitor activities, and emerging influencer marketing tactics.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and assist in organizing creator‑focused events or webinars.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Diploma) or S1 in any discipline; a degree in Marketing, Communication, or Business is a plus.
- Age: up to 30 years; all genders are welcome.
- At least 1 year of experience in influencer management, talent acquisition, or partnership development; fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze social media data and translate insights into actionable recruitment strategies.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of building long‑term relationships.
- Familiarity with MCN (Multi‑Channel Network) operations or affiliate recruitment is highly valued.
- Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Analytics, and influencer marketing platforms.
- Passion for the digital culture, creator economy, and staying ahead of industry trends.
- Strong organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proactive, results‑oriented mindset.
- Work schedule: Monday‑Friday, 10:00 – 19:00.
