Introduction

Responsibilities
- Operate industrial sewing machines and related equipment to assemble garments according to technical specifications.
- Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and garment patterns to ensure accurate stitching and alignment.
- Inspect finished pieces for defects, verify measurements, and perform minor adjustments or repairs as needed.
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, ensuring all tools and materials are properly stored.
- Collaborate closely with the cutting, quality control, and finishing teams to meet daily production targets.
- Adhere to safety protocols, including proper handling of needles, threads, and electrical equipment.
- Document production output, report any equipment malfunctions, and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency.
- Assist in training new team members on machine operation, stitch types, and quality standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Prior experience in garment sewing is preferred, but fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged.
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality standards.

- Excellent communication skills to interact with supervisors and teammates.
