Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Identify and nurture leads through cold calling, social media outreach (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook), and networking events.
- Collaborate closely with the production team to forecast demand, schedule manufacturing runs, and ensure on‑time delivery.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with logistics to prevent stockouts or overproduction.
- Prepare sales reports, performance dashboards, and market analysis for senior management.
- Participate in a comprehensive 3‑month training program covering product knowledge, sales techniques, and production workflow.
- Maintain a professional and engaging presence on personal social media channels to promote brand awareness.
- Adhere to the company’s shift system, providing flexibility to cover peak production periods.
- Assist in organizing promotional events, product launches, and in‑store demonstrations.
- Provide feedback from customers to the product development team to drive continuous improvement.

- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
