Introduction
We are seeking a diligent Spesialis Quality Assurance to join our dynamic manufacturing team in Kabupaten Grobogan. This role is pivotal in ensuring that every product leaving our facilities meets the highest standards of quality, safety, and regulatory compliance. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with production, engineering, and management to embed a culture of continuous improvement and excellence throughout the organization.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality control procedures aligned with industry best practices.
- Conduct regular inspections and testing of raw materials, in‑process components, and finished goods to verify conformance to specifications.
- Document all quality findings, generate detailed reports, and communicate deviations to relevant stakeholders promptly.
- Lead internal audits and support external certification audits (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO 14001) to ensure ongoing compliance.
- Analyze defect trends, perform root‑cause analyses, and propose corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train production staff on proper handling, inspection techniques, and K3 (occupational health and safety) protocols.
- Collaborate with the R&D and engineering teams to validate new product designs and process changes.
- Maintain accurate records in the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) and ensure data integrity.
- Monitor supplier performance and coordinate incoming material inspections to safeguard supply‑chain quality.
- Participate in continuous‑improvement projects, such as Lean Six Sigma initiatives, to reduce waste and enhance efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/S1 in any field; a degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Active proficiency in English (both spoken and written) to interpret technical documents and communicate with multinational partners.
- Strong command of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of quality control principles within a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated awareness of K3 (occupational health and safety) standards and practices.
- Willingness to be based full‑time in Kabupaten Grobogan and travel occasionally to satellite facilities.
- Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to work across multidisciplinary teams.
- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
- Prior experience in a quality assurance or quality control role is a plus but not mandatory.
