Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, accurate, and prompt assistance to customers, answering product inquiries and guiding purchase decisions.
- Maintain the store’s visual presentation by stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring all merchandise is clean and properly labeled.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system efficiently, handling cash, credit transactions, and issuing receipts with zero errors.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, record stock levels, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of promotional events, including product launches, sales campaigns, and in‑store demonstrations.
- Uphold store safety and hygiene standards by performing routine cleaning tasks and monitoring the premises for any hazards.
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments—such as logistics, accounting, and marketing—to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Participate in daily briefings, share feedback, and contribute ideas for improving service quality and operational efficiency.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to the company’s cultural values, including regular participation in Shalat, Dhuha, and Mengaji sessions as part of our community‑focused initiatives.
Requirements
- Male candidates (as specified) aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Honest, disciplined, trustworthy, and highly responsible.
- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to engage customers actively.
- Commitment to religious practices (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji) as part of the workplace culture.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or a willingness to learn quickly.
- Team‑oriented mindset with the flexibility to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
