Introduction

The Spesialis Strategi Iklan dan Advertiser is a pivotal role within our dynamic marketing team. The specialist is responsible for conceiving, launching, and optimizing advertising campaigns that amplify brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and boost sales across a variety of digital and traditional media channels. Working Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:00, the Advertiser collaborates closely with creative, analytics, and product teams to ensure every promotion aligns with the company’s strategic objectives and delivers measurable results.

Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive advertising strategies that reflect business goals, target audience insights, and market trends.
  • Plan, execute, and manage multi‑platform ad campaigns on social media, search engines, display networks, and emerging channels such as programmatic video.
  • Conceptualize and produce compelling ad creatives, copy, and visual assets in partnership with the design team.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance using KPI dashboards, analytics tools, and A/B testing frameworks.
  • Analyze data to identify optimization opportunities, adjust budgets, refine targeting, and improve ROAS (Return on Advertising Spend).
  • Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration with product, sales, and customer service teams to synchronize promotional calendars and messaging.
  • Prepare detailed post‑campaign reports that summarize spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and key learnings for senior leadership.
  • Stay abreast of industry developments, platform updates, and competitor activities to keep the advertising approach innovative and competitive.
  • Ensure compliance with advertising policies, brand guidelines, and legal regulations in every market where the ads run.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of hands‑on experience managing advertising campaigns, preferably in an agency or fast‑growing corporate environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data‑driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in major advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and TikTok Ads.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft persuasive ad copy and present performance findings clearly.
  • Creative mindset with a solid understanding of visual storytelling and brand consistency.
  • Team‑player attitude, capable of collaborating with designers, copywriters, product managers, and senior stakeholders.
