Introduction
The SPG Toko Ritel – Promosi Penjualan position is a front‑line retail sales role focused on driving product visibility, engaging customers, and supporting the overall performance of our stores. As a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG), you will be the face of the brand, representing our merchandise in a professional and enthusiastic manner while ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for all visitors.
This role is ideal for energetic individuals who enjoy interacting with people, have a keen eye for detail, and are motivated by achieving sales targets in a dynamic retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote featured products and seasonal offers on the shop floor, using persuasive communication techniques to highlight key benefits.
- Maintain an organized and attractive product display, ensuring that promotional materials, signage, and price tags are up‑to‑date.
- Engage customers in friendly conversation, answer product‑related questions, and provide personalized recommendations to increase conversion rates.
- Monitor inventory levels of promotional items, report low stock to the store manager, and assist with restocking when necessary.
- Collect customer feedback and relay insights to the merchandising team to help refine future promotions.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve daily and weekly sales targets, sharing best practices and supporting peers during peak hours.
- Attend regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies to stay current with brand standards.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards within the store, especially during promotional events.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 18‑25 years (the role is open to all genders, but the current campaign targets this demographic).
- Minimum height of 155 cm to meet uniform and visual standards.
- High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; currently not enrolled in any academic program.
- Strong work ethic characterized by diligence, honesty, and responsibility.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Basic understanding of retail store management systems and the ability to learn new software quickly.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
