The ideal candidate will have a basic education (minimum SMP/MTS or equivalent), a valid motorcycle in excellent condition, and a strong sense of responsibility. Responsibilities
- Load, secure, and transport parcels and small cargo on a personal motorcycle to designated delivery points, adhering to safety protocols and traffic regulations.
- Conduct pre‑delivery checks of each order, confirming address accuracy, package integrity, and required documentation.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods from the motorcycle, using proper lifting techniques to prevent damage or injury.
- Maintain a detailed delivery log, recording pickup and drop‑off times, mileage, and any incidents, then submit reports to the dispatch supervisor.
- Communicate promptly with the operations center via a smartphone application, updating status, confirming deliveries, and reporting any issues such as address discrepancies or customer concerns.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting recipients, handling cash on delivery (if applicable), and ensuring a courteous hand‑over of parcels.
- Perform routine checks of the motorcycle (fuel, tire pressure, brakes) and report maintenance needs to ensure vehicle readiness.
- Collaborate with fellow couriers and warehouse staff to streamline routing and improve overall delivery efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑50 years old; no gender restriction.
- Possession of a personal motorcycle in good mechanical condition.
- Smartphone with Android OS (minimum 3 GB RAM) for navigation and reporting.
- Resides in or is willing to relocate to the designated work area in Rokan Hilir.
- Ability to read and speak Indonesian clearly; basic customer‑service etiquette.
- Strong time‑management skills, reliability, and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to lift and carry parcels up to 20 kg.
