Responsibilities

- Accurately take food and beverage orders, convey any special requests to the kitchen, and ensure timely delivery of meals.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, upsell complementary dishes and beverages, and address any dietary restrictions or allergies.
- Set, clear, and reset tables efficiently while maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Process guest payments using POS systems, handle cash transactions, and issue receipts with attention to detail.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, bartenders, and fellow servers to ensure smooth service flow.
- Monitor table turnover, replenish supplies (napkins, cutlery, condiments), and maintain an orderly work station.
- Address guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including proper hand‑washing and sanitation practices.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, team meetings, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; both male and female candidates are encouraged to apply.
- At least 0‑1 year of experience in a similar restaurant or café setting is preferred, though motivated newcomers will also be considered.
- Professional appearance with a neat, well‑groomed look that reflects the restaurant’s image.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia (and basic English is a plus).
- Good attitude, honesty, confidence, and a customer‑oriented mindset.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays or plates safely.
- Team player who can collaborate effectively under pressure and maintain composure during busy service periods.
