Responsibilities
- Record and maintain daily financial transactions with precision, ensuring that all entries are properly coded and supported by documentation.
- Prepare core financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements, on a monthly and quarterly basis.
- Monitor accounts payable and accounts receivable, verifying invoices, processing payments, and following up on overdue receivables.
- Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile company financial records to guarantee consistency and accuracy.
- Organize and file all financial documents, both physical and electronic, in accordance with internal control policies and regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, semi‑annual, and annual financial reports for senior management and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with other departments—such as procurement, sales, and operations—to gather budgetary information and address financial inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with corporate accounting policies, Indonesian Financial Accounting Standards (PSAK), and relevant tax regulations.
- Support internal and external audit activities by providing requested documentation, explanations, and analysis.
- Participate in month‑end and year‑end closing activities, including journal entry preparation, variance analysis, and posting adjustments.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of accounting processes, internal controls, and reporting efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in corporate accounting or a comparable role.
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and corporate finance principles.
- Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., SAP, MYOB, or similar) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and identify trends.
- High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational abilities.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating reliability and integrity.
