Responsibilities
- Greet customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Assist shoppers in finding products, answering product‑related questions, and providing recommendations that meet their needs.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise according to planograms.
- Operate the point‑of‑sale (POS) system accurately, process cash, card, and digital transactions, and issue receipts.
- Handle returns and exchanges in accordance with company policy while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct regular stock counts, and report discrepancies to the store manager.
- Support promotional activities, such as product launches, seasonal sales, and in‑store events, by setting up displays and informing customers of special offers.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets, sharing best practices and sales techniques.
- Follow all safety, security, and loss‑prevention procedures, including proper handling of merchandise and cash.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, customer service standards, and retail technology.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to candidates of any gender; all genders are welcomed.

- Professional appearance and personal hygiene.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to engage customers courteously.
