Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Staf Administrasi to join our dynamic branch in Palembang. This full‑time position offers a vibrant work environment where administrative excellence drives operational success. As the backbone of branch operations, you will ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly, supporting senior executives and contributing to the overall efficiency of the team.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the complete range of administrative functions for the branch, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and local regulations.
  • Coordinate daily office activities, including document management, filing systems, and the preparation of reports for senior management.
  • Provide executive support by scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
  • Maintain accurate financial and accounting records, assist with invoice processing, and support the budgeting cycle.
  • Manage the branch’s database, ensuring data integrity, timely updates, and secure handling of confidential information.
  • Facilitate communication between departments, fostering a collaborative atmosphere and ensuring that information flows efficiently.
  • Handle correspondence, both internal and external, and respond to inquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Monitor office supplies, negotiate with vendors, and maintain cost‑effective procurement processes.
  • Assist in the preparation of performance metrics and KPI dashboards that track administrative efficiency.
  • Provide training and mentorship to junior administrative staff, promoting best practices and continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 in Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Academic performance: GPA of at least 3.00 on a 4.00 scale.
  • Age: Up to 27 years old.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate clearly and build relationships across all levels of the organization.
  • Analytical mindset—able to interpret data, identify trends, and propose practical solutions.
  • Demonstrated resilience and the capacity to perform under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Excellent teamwork orientation; comfortable collaborating in cross‑functional groups.
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) and familiarity with database administration tools.
  • No prior work experience required; fresh graduates with a proactive attitude are encouraged to apply.
  • Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
