Introduction
We are seeking a diligent and detail‑oriented Staff Accountant to join our finance team. Responsibilities
- Record daily financial transactions, including invoices, receipts, and bank statements, ensuring compliance with established accounting standards.
- Prepare and reconcile monthly journal entries, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of periodic financial reports for management review, highlighting key variances and trends.
- Maintain accurate subsidiary ledgers for accounts payable, accounts receivable, and fixed assets.
- Support the month‑end and year‑end closing processes by gathering supporting documentation and performing preliminary analyses.
- Collaborate with the procurement and sales teams to verify the correctness of purchase orders and sales invoices.
- Monitor cash flow, track bank reconciliations, and flag any discrepancies for immediate resolution.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to develop and maintain financial models, spreadsheets, and dashboards that aid decision‑making.
- Participate in internal and external audit preparations, providing required schedules and explanations.
- Continuously improve accounting procedures by suggesting automation opportunities and best‑practice enhancements.
Requirements
- Female candidate, as specified by the hiring policy.
- Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Strong foundational knowledge of accounting principles and financial record‑keeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Exceptional attention to detail, honesty, responsibility, and a disciplined work ethic.
- Ability to work systematically, stay organized, and meet tight deadlines.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, and cooperate effectively within a team environment.
- Prior experience (internship or entry‑level) in accounting or financial administration is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English for report preparation.
