Introduction

We are seeking a proactive Asisten Administrasi Perkantoran to join our dynamic team in the hospitality sector. This role is ideal for individuals who have honed their administrative skills within fast‑paced environments, particularly in food and beverage (F&B) operations, and who are eager to contribute to the efficient management of corporate data and financial reporting. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring smooth day‑to‑day office functions while supporting strategic financial analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update company databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of all records.
  • Prepare, review, and submit regular profit and loss (P&L) statements in collaboration with the finance department.
  • Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting key performance indicators for senior management.
  • Assist in the coordination of F&B service schedules, inventory tracking, and vendor communications.
  • Handle routine office tasks such as correspondence, filing, and document management with a focus on timeliness.
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and cost‑control analyses specific to the hospitality division.
  • Provide excellent customer service to internal teams, responding quickly to queries and requests for information.
  • Facilitate the onboarding of new staff by managing paperwork, training schedules, and orientation materials.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, local labor regulations, and industry standards.
  • Continuously seek process‑improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 30 years or younger.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in administrative roles, preferably within hospitality and F&B service.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage corporate data, generate P&L statements, and produce accurate financial reports.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Rapid adaptability to changing priorities and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Attention to detail, high level of organization, and a problem‑solving mindset.
