Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly, provide product information, and assist with purchases to ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain clean and organized store sections, including stocking shelves, arranging displays, and ensuring merchandise is presented attractively.
- Handle point‑of‑sale transactions accurately, process payments, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Support inventory management by conducting regular stock counts, reporting discrepancies, and assisting with deliveries and stock replenishment.
- Participate in promotional activities, such as product demonstrations, in‑store events, and seasonal sales campaigns.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and overall store performance goals.
- Uphold safety and hygiene standards, including proper use of cleaning equipment and compliance with health regulations.
- Engage in continuous learning, attending briefings, training sessions, and company meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and service standards.
- Demonstrate proactive communication by responding to customer inquiries, resolving minor complaints, and escalating complex issues when necessary.
- Commit to daily spiritual practices as part of the company culture, including Shalat, Dhuha, and Mengaji sessions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK/MA or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18–25 years old.

- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the brand’s image.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact actively and courteously with customers and colleagues.
- Willingness to adhere to the company’s spiritual commitment (Shalat, Dhuha, Mengaji).
- Basic proficiency in store management systems and a keen interest in retail operations.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
