Responsibilities
- Assist with front‑of‑house duties such as greeting customers, handling inquiries, and providing product information.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock rooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
- Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking merchandise, and restocking shelves accurately.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Collaborate with other team members to set up promotional displays, arrange merchandise, and implement visual merchandising standards.
- Provide basic troubleshooting for minor technical issues with equipment such as barcode scanners and cash registers.
- Participate in daily briefings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
- Uphold company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and security, including regular checks of fire exits and emergency equipment.
- Engage in community outreach activities when required, representing the brand positively during local events.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age between 18 and 25 years.

- Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.

- Basic proficiency with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
