Responsibilities

  • Assist with front‑of‑house duties such as greeting customers, handling inquiries, and providing product information.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, stock rooms, and common areas to ensure a welcoming environment.
  • Support inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking merchandise, and restocking shelves accurately.
  • Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, process transactions, and issue receipts while adhering to cash handling procedures.
  • Collaborate with other team members to set up promotional displays, arrange merchandise, and implement visual merchandising standards.
  • Provide basic troubleshooting for minor technical issues with equipment such as barcode scanners and cash registers.
  • Participate in daily briefings, share customer feedback, and suggest improvements to enhance service quality.
  • Uphold company policies regarding hygiene, safety, and security, including regular checks of fire exits and emergency equipment.
  • Engage in community outreach activities when required, representing the brand positively during local events.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Age between 18 and 25 years.

  • Strong personal integrity: honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a sense of responsibility.
  • Presentable appearance with a professional demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact courteously with customers and colleagues.
  • Commitment to regular participation in Shalat, Dhuha, and Mengaji activities as part of our cultural values.
  • Basic proficiency with a store management system or willingness to learn quickly.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with flexibility for occasional overtime.
