Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Construction Site Manager & Field Supervisor to lead the execution of large‑scale building projects across our portfolio. This pivotal role combines hands‑on site oversight with strategic planning, ensuring every project is delivered on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The successful candidate will work closely with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and clients, fostering a collaborative environment that drives efficiency and safety on the construction site.
Responsibilities
- Lead day‑to‑day site operations, supervising labor crews, equipment, and material deliveries.
- Develop, monitor, and adjust detailed project schedules to align with client milestones and contractual deadlines.
- Interpret and enforce construction drawings, specifications, and the Bill of Quantities (RAB) to guarantee compliance.
- Coordinate with internal design teams, external vendors, and client representatives to resolve technical issues promptly.
- Implement and maintain rigorous safety protocols, conducting regular site inspections and toolbox talks.
- Prepare progress reports, cost forecasts, and variance analyses for senior management.
- Manage subcontractor performance, ensuring workmanship meets quality standards and contractual obligations.
- Facilitate procurement activities, tracking material usage and minimizing waste.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lean construction principles to enhance productivity.
- Act as the primary point of contact for regulatory inspections and obtain necessary permits.
Requirements
- Male candidates, maximum age of 45 years.
- Minimum education: D3 or S1 in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Building Engineering.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in construction supervision and project management.
- Strong command of construction drawings, cost estimation, and execution methods.
- Demonstrated ability to manage labor, materials, equipment, and schedules simultaneously.
- Excellent leadership qualities—decisive, responsible, and able to motivate multidisciplinary teams.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Proficiency with project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and basic Excel reporting.
- Commitment to work a six‑day week schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
