Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene standards of the outlet, including regular sanitization of work surfaces, equipment, and dining areas.
- Prepare a variety of beverages according to standard recipes, ensuring consistent taste and presentation.
- Serve and deliver drinks to customers promptly, providing friendly and attentive service throughout their visit.
- Accurately record daily stock levels and sales figures, compiling reports for management review.
- Monitor inventory levels, notify supervisors of low stock, and assist with restocking procedures as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, especially those related to food handling and allergen awareness.
- Collaborate with team members to cover shifts, ensuring seamless operation when a colleague is on leave.
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve minor issues with a professional and courteous attitude.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum of SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Gender: Female candidates only.
- Age: No upper age limit; candidates must be legally eligible to work.
- Availability: Must not be currently enrolled in a university program.
- Health: No milk allergy, and able to stand for extended periods.
