We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur to join our dynamic kitchen team. Responsibilities

  • Prepare, portion, and plate a wide variety of menu items according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, fryers, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Ensure strict adherence to food safety and hygiene protocols, including proper storage temperatures, sanitation of work surfaces, and regular deep‑cleaning of equipment.
  • Collaborate with chefs to execute daily specials, banquet preparations, and high‑volume service periods without compromising quality.
  • Monitor and replenish kitchen supplies, reporting any shortages or equipment malfunctions to the supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workstation, disposing of waste responsibly and following recycling guidelines.
  • Support team members during peak hours, stepping in to assist with cooking, plating, or cleaning as needed.
  • Contribute ideas for menu improvements, cost‑saving measures, and workflow enhancements during staff meetings.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female candidates are preferred in accordance with the specific operational needs.
  • Age: Applicants should be of working age; no upper age limit is imposed.
  • Experience: Prior experience in a kitchen environment or related food service role is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Ability to operate standard kitchen equipment and follow basic cooking techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, honesty, responsibility, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Work Under Pressure: Proven ability to remain focused and productive during busy service periods.
  • Availability: Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during events or peak seasons.
