Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and plate a variety of noodle dishes, side items, and sauces according to Warung Mie Cendana’s standard recipes.
  • Assist in daily mise en place, including chopping vegetables, measuring ingredients, and organizing workstations.
  • Maintain strict hygiene and food safety standards by cleaning equipment, sanitizing surfaces, and following proper storage procedures.
  • Monitor inventory levels of raw materials, report shortages, and help with receiving and rotating stock to minimize waste.
  • Collaborate closely with fellow kitchen crew and front‑of‑house staff to ensure timely order fulfillment and seamless service during peak hours.
  • Participate in regular kitchen briefings, contribute ideas for menu improvements, and adapt to new cooking techniques as needed.
  • Handle overtime and occasional weekend shifts, adhering to the schedule of Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
  • Assist in the preparation of special promotions, catering orders, and seasonal menu items when requested.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
