Introduction

We are seeking a dedicated Staf Dapur Khusus Perempuan to join our vibrant kitchen team. This full‑time position is based in a modern, fast‑paced restaurant that specializes in Japanese‑style street foods such as takoyaki and okonomiyaki, as well as classic fried chicken and a variety of freshly prepared beverages. The successful candidate will be a female professional, aged between 21 and 37, with at least one year of hands‑on kitchen experience and a minimum education level of SMA/SMK or equivalent. The role offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and provides an excellent platform to develop culinary skills in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and fry chicken to the restaurant’s exacting quality standards, ensuring consistent taste and texture.
  • Craft authentic takoyaki and okonomiyaki dishes, following proprietary recipes and maintaining visual appeal.
  • Mix, blend, and serve a range of cold and hot beverages, adhering to hygiene and presentation guidelines.
  • Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as deep fryers, griddles, mixers, and beverage dispensers safely and efficiently.
  • Assist in inventory control by checking stock levels, reporting shortages, and rotating ingredients to minimize waste.
  • Observe strict food safety and sanitation protocols, including regular cleaning of workstations, utensils, and storage areas.
  • Collaborate closely with chefs, fellow kitchen staff, and front‑of‑house personnel to ensure smooth order flow and timely service.
  • Participate in daily briefings, contribute ideas for menu enhancements, and support special promotional events.
  • Maintain accurate production logs, temperature records, and cleaning checklists as required by management.
  • Provide mentorship to junior kitchen assistants, fostering a culture of continuous learning and teamwork.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age between 21 and 37 years.
  • At least 1 year of practical experience in a commercial kitchen setting.
  • Proven ability to fry chicken, prepare takoyaki, okonomiyaki, and handle beverage stations.
  • Strong knowledge of kitchen equipment operation and routine maintenance.
  • Excellent personal hygiene and a commitment to food safety standards (HACCP).
  • Effective communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality.
  • Flexibility to work six days a week (Monday to Saturday) from 08:00 to 17:00.
