Introduction
Adira Finance is seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Commercial Account Officer for our Palangkaraya branch, with placement at the Pontianak office. This role is a key part of our commercial financing team, responsible for driving growth, managing dealer relationships, and ensuring the smooth processing of credit applications. The successful candidate will work closely with the Commercial Account Head to implement marketing strategies, oversee credit cycles, and support dealer networks across the region.
Working hours are Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, providing a balanced schedule while offering ample opportunities to interact with a diverse portfolio of corporate clients and insurance partners.
Responsibilities
- Implement company‑wide marketing strategies and policies as directed by the Commercial Account Head, tailoring initiatives to local market conditions.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with dealers, insurance companies, and end‑customers, acting as the primary point of contact for all commercial financing matters.
- Conduct thorough field surveys of prospective borrowers, compile detailed reports, and ensure all documentation complies with internal standards and regulatory requirements.
- Verify the completeness of credit application packages, coordinating with internal underwriting teams to accelerate approval timelines.
- Facilitate contract signing, clearly communicating critical terms and conditions to borrowers and ensuring mutual understanding.
- Monitor the end‑to‑end credit approval process, from submission through decision, and promptly relay outcomes to dealers and applicants.
- Track installment payments throughout the loan tenor, proactively addressing delinquencies and maintaining healthy portfolio performance.
- Assist in the resolution of problem accounts, collaborating with collections, legal, and risk departments to mitigate losses.
- Prepare regular performance dashboards, providing insights on sales pipelines, credit quality, and market trends to senior management.
- Lead and coach junior staff or team members, fostering a collaborative environment that emphasizes continuous improvement and customer focus.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) from any discipline with a GPA of at least 3.00.
- At least 3 years of hands‑on experience in commercial financing within a multi‑finance or banking environment.
- Deep understanding of commercial loan products, credit analysis, accounts receivable handling, and market analysis techniques.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrated ability to build and lead effective teams.
- Excellent analytical abilities with a creative, comprehensive approach to problem‑solving and decision‑making.
- Strategic thinking mindset, capable of innovating processes that drive business growth and deliver measurable results.
