Introduction

As a Staf Frontliner Pelayanan Pelanggan (Frontliner Customer Service), you will be the first point of contact for our valued clients, providing a warm, professional, and efficient experience that reflects the trust and reliability of our brand.

This role is ideal for candidates who thrive in a fast‑paced service environment, possess strong communication skills, and are eager to develop a career within the financial services sector. You will work Monday through Sunday, from 08:00 to 16:00, and may be assigned to any of our branch locations throughout the region.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers entering the branch, ensuring each interaction begins with a courteous and professional attitude.
  • Conduct accurate appraisal of pledged items, documenting condition, market value, and any relevant details in compliance with company standards.
  • Explain the range of pawnbroking products and services—including loan terms, interest rates, and redemption policies—clearly and transparently.
  • Maintain meticulous daily transaction logs, updating both paper and electronic records to guarantee data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Support branch administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and preparation of end‑of‑day reports.
  • Uphold the cleanliness, organization, and visual presentation of the service area to reinforce a positive corporate image.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the loan processing, security, and finance teams to resolve customer inquiries swiftly.
  • Identify opportunities to cross‑sell additional services, contributing to branch revenue targets while maintaining ethical standards.
  • Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, regulatory updates, and customer service excellence.
  • Adhere to all internal security protocols and OJK regulations, reporting any suspicious activity or policy breaches immediately.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age not exceeding 30 years.
  • Open to all genders.
  • No prior experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly demeanor.
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of honesty, attention to detail, and responsibility.
  • Willingness to be placed at any PT AWI Gadai Jogja branch throughout Yogyakarta.
  • Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with database entry and office software.
