Introduction
We are seeking a proactive and customer‑focused Staf Hubungan Penyewa (Tenant Relations Staff) to join our dynamic property management team. This full‑time position is based in a modern apartment complex where the primary mission is to ensure a seamless, comfortable, and engaging living experience for all residents. The successful candidate will act as the bridge between tenants and building management, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering a community‑spirit that enhances tenant satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
- Tenant Communication: Receive, log, and respond promptly to tenant complaints, service requests, and general inquiries through phone, email, and in‑person interactions.
- Relationship Building: Develop and maintain positive relationships with residents by organizing community events, newsletters, and feedback sessions.
- Cross‑Functional Coordination: Liaise with engineering, housekeeping, and security teams to prioritize and schedule maintenance, cleaning, and safety tasks that affect tenant comfort.
- Administrative Management: Keep accurate records of tenant data, lease agreements, and correspondence; prepare reports for senior management on occupancy trends and service performance.
- Fit‑out Supervision: Oversee unit renovation or fit‑out projects, ensuring work is completed on schedule, adheres to quality standards, and causes minimal disruption to occupants.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators such as response time, resolution rate, and tenant satisfaction scores, and propose process improvements.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Communication, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in tenant relations, customer service, or front‑desk operations within an apartment, hotel, or serviced‑apartment environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a distinct advantage.
- Excellent problem‑solving abilities and a calm demeanor when handling difficult situations or emergencies.
- Professional appearance, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse internal teams.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional after‑hours support for urgent tenant matters.
- Core competencies: customer service orientation, conflict resolution, documentation accuracy, and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
