Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging lesson plans for subjects including visual arts, performing arts, and cultural studies, ensuring alignment with national curriculum standards.
- Incorporate Islamic values and Quranic principles into classroom activities, promoting moral development alongside artistic growth.
- Assess student progress through formative and summative evaluations, providing constructive feedback and individualized support to enhance learning outcomes.
- Organize and supervise extracurricular programs such as school exhibitions, drama productions, traditional dance workshops, and community outreach events.
- Collaborate closely with fellow teachers, department heads, and administrative staff to create interdisciplinary projects that enrich the overall educational experience.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student portfolios, and prepare periodic reports for parents and school leadership.
- Stay current with emerging trends in arts education, attend professional development sessions, and integrate innovative teaching technologies where appropriate.
- Uphold the school’s code of conduct, demonstrating professionalism, punctuality, and a commitment to the institution’s mission.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Fine Arts, Cultural Education, or a related field from a recognized university.
- Maximum age of 30 years at the time of recruitment.
- Male candidates only, in accordance with the specific cultural requirements of the institution.
- Proficiency in reading and reciting the Al‑Qur’an, with the ability to incorporate its teachings into classroom discourse.
- Demonstrated creativity and a strong portfolio showcasing artistic skills across multiple mediums.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Experience or aptitude in developing teaching methodologies that cater to diverse learning styles.
- Commitment to a work schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional participation in after‑school events.
