Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Staf Kesehatan, Keselamatan, dan Lingkungan (HSE) to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine inspections and monitoring activities to verify that all work sites comply with HSE policies, government regulations, and internal quality management systems.
- Develop, update, and implement HSE procedures, risk‑assessment tools, and emergency response plans tailored to each department.
- Lead internal and external audits (K3, GMP, HACCP, 5S) and prepare detailed audit reports with corrective‑action recommendations.
- Coordinate incident investigations, perform root‑cause analysis, and track the implementation of preventive measures.
- Provide training and coaching to employees on safe work practices, waste‑management protocols, and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance and Food Safety teams to integrate HSE considerations into the Integrated Food Safety Management System and Halal certification processes.
- Maintain accurate HSE documentation, including permits, logs, and compliance dashboards, and present key metrics to senior management.
- Monitor waste‑handling and disposal activities, ensuring compliance with environmental legislation and promoting sustainable practices.
- Support the continuous improvement of the HSE management system by identifying opportunities for innovation and best‑practice adoption.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in HSE roles within manufacturing, food processing, or similar industrial environments.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s policy).
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of national HSE regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in K3 (occupational safety) analysis and auditing.
- Understanding of 5S, GMP, HACCP, and Halal system requirements.
- Competence in waste management and environmental impact assessment.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to influence cross‑functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail.
- Problem‑solving orientation and ability to work under pressure.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
- Additional: Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 07:30‑15:30, and willingness to travel between company sites as needed.
