Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Senior Leader for Large‑Scale Projects (Tim Proyek Besar) to spearhead the development and implementation of student‑card insurance programs across schools, government agencies, community organizations, markets, and micro‑SMEs. This senior role combines business development, partnership management, and team leadership to expand our insurance footprint in the education and community sectors. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a solid network of institutional contacts, and the ability to translate strategic objectives into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential partners—including schools, government bodies, village communities, market associations, and UMKM—to propose collaborative student‑card insurance solutions.
  • Design, launch, and monitor customized insurance programs that meet the specific needs of each partner organization.
  • Conduct thorough market research and on‑site surveys to assess target demographics, risk profiles, and partnership viability.
  • Build and nurture long‑term relationships with both public and private stakeholders to ensure smooth program implementation and ongoing support.
  • Prepare and deliver regular progress reports, complete with performance metrics, financial summaries, and supporting documentation for senior management.
  • Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and performance management of business partners and internal team members.
  • Develop and execute a regional partnership network strategy, leveraging personal connections with schools, government agencies, community groups, and market operators to maximize market penetration.
  • Collaborate closely with the product, underwriting, and claims departments to ensure program compliance, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction.
  • Provide coaching and mentorship to junior staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and high‑performance sales execution.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in the insurance sector, preferably in B2B sales or partnership development.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply if they demonstrate strong networking capabilities and a proactive attitude.
  • Valid driver’s license (SIM) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Extensive network of contacts within schools, government agencies, village communities, market associations, and UMKM.
  • Proven ability to grow business revenue and lead cross‑functional teams.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and, preferably, English.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data, forecast trends, and develop actionable insights.
  • Self‑motivated, resilient, and comfortable working independently while aligning with corporate goals.
