Introduction

Future Football Educare is a fast‑growing academy dedicated to nurturing young talent in both education and early‑age football development. To support this vision, we are looking for a **Senior Customer Service & Administration Staff** who can ensure smooth day‑to‑day operations, maintain accurate student records, and act as a friendly liaison between the academy, parents, and the wider community.

Responsibilities

  • Manage all administrative tasks related to the academy’s daily operations, including filing, document preparation, and office supplies inventory.
  • Maintain and regularly update the student database, ensuring that enrollment information, attendance logs, and performance records are accurate and confidential.
  • Coordinate communication with parents and guardians, responding to inquiries via phone, email, or messaging platforms in a courteous and timely manner.
  • Assist in scheduling training sessions, academic classes, and special events, and ensure that all participants receive the correct information and materials.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as enrollment trends, attendance rates, and resource utilization.
  • Support the execution of academy events, including tournaments, workshops, and community outreach programs, by handling logistics, registration, and on‑site coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, particularly those related to child safety, data protection, and religious observance.
  • Provide backup support for financial tasks such as invoicing parents, tracking tuition payments, and reconciling receipts.
  • Continuously seek opportunities to improve administrative workflows through the adoption of digital tools and best practices.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Female; candidates should be comfortable wearing a hijab.
  • Maximum age: 25 years.
  • Strong personal discipline, including regular observance of the five daily prayers.
  • Zero involvement in online gambling or loan activities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills: friendly, polite, trustworthy, and able to build rapport quickly.
  • High level of organization, attention to detail, and responsibility in handling confidential information.
  • Proficiency with office software (MS Office, Google Workspace) and basic data entry.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
  • Adaptability and quick learning mindset, capable of handling evolving tasks and priorities.
  • Prior experience in administrative or customer‑service roles is a plus, though fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
