Responsibilities

  • Engage customers entering the store and proactively offer credit‑based purchase options, explaining installment plans in clear, understandable terms.
  • Guide prospective borrowers through the Home Credit application process, ensuring all required documentation is accurately collected and entered into the system.
  • Provide product knowledge and financial education to help customers make informed decisions about financing their purchases.
  • Maintain up‑to‑date records of sales transactions, credit applications, and follow‑up activities using the company’s sales and administration applications.
  • Collaborate with store managers and fellow crew members to meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and service level agreements.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure a high level of satisfaction that encourages repeat business.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new credit products, compliance regulations, and sales techniques.
  • Assist in visual merchandising and store layout adjustments that enhance product visibility and promote credit offers.
  • Report performance metrics and feedback to regional supervisors to help refine marketing strategies for the Jember area.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Paket C accepted).
  • Age limit: up to 40 years old.
  • Gender: all genders are encouraged to apply.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service; fresh graduates with strong communication skills are also welcome.
  • Demonstrated ability to use sales and administrative applications, with basic computer literacy.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly, smiling demeanor.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities, particularly in explaining credit terms.
  • Residency in Jember or willingness to relocate and work in the Jember region.
  • Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM.
