We are currently seeking a dedicated Staf Manajemen Risiko dan Kepatuhan (Risk Management & Compliance Staff) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta. This role is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, proactive, and possess a strong analytical mindset. As a key member of the risk management function, you will help safeguard the organization by identifying, evaluating, and mitigating potential risks while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive identification and evaluation of potential operational, financial, and regulatory risks.
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Monitor risk controls, perform quality assurance checks, and maintain high standards for all products, services, and processes.
- Design and deliver training programs on risk policies and quality control procedures to all employees.
- Prepare detailed risk assessment reports, dashboards, and visualizations for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to integrate risk considerations into business projects and initiatives.
- Stay updated on industry regulations, emerging threats, and best practices to ensure the company remains compliant.
- Support the continuous improvement of risk monitoring tools and data analytics platforms.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum S1 degree in Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering, Statistics, Finance, or a related field. Professional certifications such as FRM or PRM are a strong advantage.
- Experience: At least 2 years of hands‑on experience in risk management, compliance, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills (Hard Skills): Proficient in data analysis, risk modeling, and statistical software (e.g., Python, R, SAS). Ability to generate clear reports and visual dashboards using tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Personal Skills (Soft Skills): Critical and analytical thinking, excellent written and verbal communication, high integrity, proactive problem‑solving attitude, and strong teamwork capabilities.
- Other Requirements: No age limit, gender inclusive, and a minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as indicated in the original posting.
