Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Staff Pendukung Operasional Gudang to join our fast‑growing logistics team. The role is based in a modern warehouse environment and plays a critical part in ensuring that inbound and outbound goods flow smoothly, safely, and on schedule. Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect, and process incoming shipments, verifying quantities and condition against purchase orders.
- Conduct visual and functional quality checks to ensure that no damaged or defective items enter inventory.
- Weigh, count, and record all received goods using handheld scanners or manual logs, maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Assist senior warehouse staff in picking items for customer orders, following FIFO (first‑in‑first‑out) and other inventory rotation methods.
- Prepare outbound shipments by consolidating order items, labeling packages, and moving them to the designated shipping area.
- Securely load merchandise onto delivery vehicles, arranging items to prevent movement and damage during transit.
- Organize and slot items on warehouse racks according to company layout guidelines, optimizing space utilization.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and hazard‑free warehouse floor, adhering to safety protocols and housekeeping standards.
- Execute all tasks in strict compliance with the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and industry best practices.
- Collaborate with the logistics coordinator to resolve discrepancies, report stock variances, and suggest process improvements.
- Participate in periodic inventory counts and cycle‑count activities to support accurate financial reporting.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 27 years old.
- Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational needs).
- Experience: At least 1 year of warehouse or logistics support experience.
- Key Skills:
- Warehouse maintenance and organization
- Inventory control and basic math proficiency
- Understanding of SOPs, safety guidelines, and quality standards
- Ability to operate pallet jacks, hand trucks, and basic material handling equipment
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Personal Attributes:
- Reliability and punctuality – shift schedule is Monday to Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
- Attention to detail, especially when inspecting goods and recording data.
- Physical stamina to lift, carry, and move boxes up to 25 kg repeatedly.
- Problem‑solving mindset for quick resolution of mismatched shipments.
